Maintaining Your Profile

Access to your Covendis Vendor Management System (VMS) account is originally set up by an account administrator. 


When logging‐in for the first time, the user will be prompted to change the temporary password.


To change your temporary password:

  1. Enter the user ID and temporary password you received via email.
  2. Enter a new password. Type the password a second time to confirm and select Save.
  3. The password will expire in the timeline set by the system administrator. The user will be prompted to choose a new password. After entering an incorrect password 3 consecutive times, the user ID will be locked for security purposes. If this happens, please select Forgot Password on the Login page and a new password will be emailed to the user’s contact address on record. 

After logging in for the first time, it is strongly recommended you check the information in your account profile is correct.

To view your account information:

  1. Select the My Profileon the top menu bar.
  2. A screen with current account data will appear. Verify all information. 
  3. If everything is correct, selectReturn Iconto exit. Otherwise select Edit to correct or complete any wrong/missing items, and select Save.
